Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

KRIKO METHOD provides personalised academic mentoring services for students enrolled in IB, AP, IGCSE, A-Level, and SAT programmes. Services are delivered at pre-scheduled time slots selected by the client during the booking process.

2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — reserving a specific mentor’s time for a specific client — we do not offer refunds for booked and paid sessions.

As an alternative, clients may request to reschedule their session under the terms outlined below.

3. Rescheduling Terms

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Requests are submitted exclusively via email to info@krikomethod.com, including the booking reference.
  • The new date/time is determined subject to mentor availability.
  • Each session may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Beyond this, the session is considered delivered and no further rescheduling or refund is available.
  • Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the session will not be accepted and the session will be considered delivered.

4. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered delivered. No rescheduling or refund will be offered.

5. Exceptions — Force Majeure & Illness

In cases of documented illness or force majeure, KRIKO METHOD will consider rescheduling requests even within the 24-hour window, at its sole discretion. Supporting documentation (e.g. medical certificate) may be requested.

If KRIKO METHOD needs to cancel a session, the client is entitled to either a full reschedule or a full refund, at their option.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Greek Law 2251/1994, Article 3ιβ)

In accordance with Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Law 4933/2022) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the consumer loses the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right.

During the booking process, the client expressly acknowledges that the educational service is performed at a specific pre-scheduled time (chosen by the client) and expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal for that particular session.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Consumers may also refer to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
