2. Scope

KRIKO METHOD O.E. (hereinafter “the Company”) provides personalised academic mentoring and preparation services for international educational programmes (IB, AP, IGCSE, A-Level, SAT). Services are delivered online or in person, by prior scheduled booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• The client selects a service, date, and time through the booking system at /booking/.
• Payment is made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
• Payments are processed through Eurobank e-Commerce / Cardlink, with full SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure verification. The Company does not store card data.
• The booking is finalised upon payment confirmation and the corresponding confirmation email.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where relevant. Prices may be adjusted; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of booking.

5. Service Delivery

Sessions are delivered at the scheduled date and time. For online sessions, the meeting link is sent via email prior to the session. The client is responsible for a stable internet connection and suitable equipment.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. In summary: no refunds are offered; rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

7. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information during booking.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Respect the mentor and the educational material.
• Not reproduce or distribute educational materials without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, methodology, and website content are the intellectual property of KRIKO METHOD O.E. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

9. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted in writing to info@krikomethod.com. The Company commits to responding within 5 working days.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Consumers retain the right to refer matters to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman and to the EU ODR platform.

12. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms. The currently applicable version is always published on this page.
