Let’s Start a Conversation
Whether you are exploring academic mentoring for the first time or you already know what your child needs — we are here to help you take the next step.
Two Ways to Get Started
Book a Free Introductory Call
Not sure if KRiKO is the right fit? Book a short introductory call with our team. We will listen, answer your questions, and give you an honest assessment of how we can help — or whether another option might suit your needs better.
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation. Usually 15–20 minutes.
Apply for a Place
If you are ready to begin, our application process takes just a few minutes. You will tell us about your child’s academic level, subjects, goals, and any specific challenges. From there, we will assess fit and match your child with the right mentor.
Takes approximately 5 minutes. No payment required at this stage.
Have a Question?
If you would like to ask something before booking a call or applying, you can reach us directly:
Email: info@krikomethod.com
We read every message and aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.
What Helps Us Help You
If you are reaching out by email or through the application form, including the following details will help us respond more quickly and meaningfully:
- The student’s current academic level (e.g. Year 10, Grade 11, IB Year 1)
- The curriculum or programme they are following (e.g. IB, IGCSE, AP, national curriculum)
- The subject or subjects where support is needed
- A brief description of the student’s goals or challenges
- Any relevant context — for example, upcoming exams, a curriculum transition, or specific areas of difficulty
You do not need to have all of this prepared before reaching out. These are simply helpful starting points.
What Happens After You Get in Touch
Step 1 — We Review Your Enquiry
Step 2 — We Have a Conversation
We will arrange an introductory call to discuss the student’s needs, our approach, and whether KRiKO is the right fit. This is a two-way conversation — we want you to feel confident before committing.
Step 3 — We Match and Plan
If both sides agree to proceed, we match the student with the right mentor and build a structured programme tailored to their goals.
Step 4 — Sessions Begin
Mentoring sessions start according to the agreed schedule, with clear objectives from day one.
Common Questions Before Getting in Touch
Is there any commitment when I book a call or apply?
No. The introductory call and application are both free and carry no obligation. They exist to help us understand your needs — and to help you decide if KRiKO is the right choice.
What if my child’s subject or curriculum is not listed on your website?
Get in touch and let us know what you are looking for. Our subject range is broad, and we may be able to help even if a specific subject is not prominently listed. Email us or book a call to discuss.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, please mention that in your message.
Can I enquire on behalf of my child?
Absolutely. Most initial enquiries come from parents. We are happy to discuss your child’s needs with you before involving them directly.
Do you work with students outside specific curricula?
Yes. While we have particular expertise in IB, AP, IGCSE, A-Level, and SAT preparation, we also work with students following national curricula and those who need broader academic skills development.
Take the First Step
Academic mentoring works best when it starts with a clear conversation. Whether your child needs focused exam preparation, long-term academic development, or help building better study habits — we are ready to listen.
